Dr. Kleto's formal education and training are outstanding. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Dr. Kleto earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis. He then fine-tuned his skills by completing a general surgery residency at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga and a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. He was also granted a fellowship at the University of Louisville Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

Certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Kleto is a member of numerous notable professional organizations, including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
