“Gummy bear” breast implants are very similar to silicone breast implants, except the silicone used in gummy bear breast implants uses a cohesive silicone that is firmer. They are the newest option and are FDA-approved for women 22 and older. Gummy bear breast implants give the most natural look out of the three.
